However the majority of the brands that appear on this Internet site have the legend “Trade Mark” (Marca Registrada) and/or the letters “M.R.”, or the symbol ® in almost every page reproduced, following there is a stated list, but not limited in any way to the brands registered and property of GRUPO MODELO, for its better identification and reference: TRADE BRANDS.- "Corona"; "Corona Extra"; "Corona Familiar"; "Coronita Extra", "Modelo Light"; "Modelo Especial"; "Negra Modelo", "Victoria"; "León"; "Montejo and design; Barrilito and design, Tropical and design, "Pacífico"; "Estrella"; "Estrella Clara"; "Estrella Dorada"; "Grupo Modelo" and design; among others “as well as all other signs, denominations of distinctive phrases used in the products made and/or commercialized by GRUPO MODELO and/or services provided by Grupo Modelo (from now on "BRANDS OF GRUPO MODELO"), which is obliged not to show without any form of previous authorization and in writing by the legal representative GRUPO MODELO; you are obliged not to show or use in any way a brand similar in a degree of confusion to the “BRANDS OF GRUPO MODELO”.
You are informed that the following commercial slogans registered in Mexico and/or other countries, property of GRUPO MODELO (from now on “COMMERCIAL SLOGANS OF GRUPO MODELO”): "CORONA"; "CERVEZA CORONA EXTRA LA CERVEZA MAS FINA"; "CERVEZA CORONA.......SIEMPRE IMITADA JAMAS IGUALADA"; "CERVEZA VICTORIA, LA VICTORIA DE MÉXICO"; "CORONA EXTRA.... ORGULLOSAMENTE MEXICANA"; "CORONA Y CORONITA... TAN BUENA LA GRANDE COMO LA CHIQUITA"; "CORONA... LA CERVEZA AL NATURAL"; "CORONA... GENUINA CERVEZA DE BARRIL"; "CORONA... CALIDAD CON TRANSPARENCIA"; "CORONA... CALIDAD QUE CONQUISTA"; "EN MAS DE 100 PAÍSES Y EN TODOS LOS IDIOMAS LA CERVEZA ES..... CORONA"; "LA CERVEZA ES... CORONA"; "MODELO ESPECIAL....UNA CERVEZA MODELO Y UN MODELO DE CERVEZA"; among others which you are obliged not to show or use in any way without the previous authorization in writing of the legal representative of GRUPO MODELO; equally, you are bound not to reproduce or use in any way some commercial slogan similar in some degree of confusion to the “COMMERCIAL SLOGANS OF GRUPO MODELO”.
GRUPO MODELO is the only owner of the domain name gmodelo.com.mx and others.
All material contained in the website located at the: http://www.gmodelo.com.mx / http://www.gmodelo.com are the property of GRUPO MODELO. Such materials are protected by the Federal Copyright Law, therefore they may not be copied, reproduced, imitated, commercialized, exploited, inserted, employed in anyway without the previous authorization in writing of the legal representative of the company of GRUPO MODELO.
EXEMPTION: GRUPO MODELO authorizes you to download a copy of the material in a computer for domestic and personal use, not commercial, with the condition that any work, trade mark or any other commercial slogans part of the GRUPO MODELO are not omitted, modified, altered, o mutilated in any way. By modifying or using the material for any other purpose violates the Intellectual and Property Rights of GRUPO MODELO.
GRUPO MODELO respects the industrial and intellectual rights of third parties; therefore the users of the Internet site are obliged to respect them as well.
In case you know of any breach to the Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights related to the content of the present site by any third party, please notify it immediately to GRUPO MODELO.
